It’s Christmas time again. Can you believe it?

We want to wish you all a safe and happy Christmas and holiday season. So that you have a happy homecoming, we’ve put together a little list of things to do before you go…
Security check
Remember that if you are going away, you need to do a final security check before you leave. Check that all your doors and windows are locked, and valuables put away or hidden out of sight. If something looks appealing through your window, it’s asking to be stolen.
Lock your tools and garden equipment up and out of sight. Not only are they expensive to replace, your tools might be just what a would-be burglar needs when he decides to break and enter. There is no point making it easy for him, is there?
Trim back bushes from around your windows and doorways. The more exposed these areas are, the harder it is to hide when attempting a break in.
Put a hold on your mail at the Post Office or ask your neighbour to empty the letterbox for you each day. Don’t let an overstuffed letterbox give you away.
Tell your neighbour or friends that you are going away and ask them to keep an eye on the property while you are gone. Some activity around the house or a car parked in the driveway is a great deterrent.
Christmas arrangements.
